Warp’s SOC 2 Type 2 report is available now

We’re pleased to share that Warp recently completed the process to obtain a System and Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 2 report with an evaluation performed by Advantage Partners.
This attestation represents Warp’s ongoing commitment to privacy and security and a dedication to protecting our customers’ data.
The SOC 2 Type 2 report has been uploaded to Warp’s Trust Center where it is available upon request.

What is SOC 2 Type 2 compliance?
SOC 2 Type 2 accreditations follow the compliance framework outlined by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The framework includes Trust Services Criteria (TSC) for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
An attestation report describes the company’s systems as they relate to the criteria, indicates whether or not controls are suitably designed, and confirms operational effectiveness.
Compared to a SOC 2 Type 1 report, which is a description of a company’s controls at a moment in time, the SOC 2 Type 2 process is more rigorous, representing ongoing adherence over a duration of months.
An ongoing commitment to security and privacy
At Warp, we are committed to earning your trust through the continuous demonstration of high standards and practices. We will continue to work to obtain the industry’s most up-to-date audits and certifications, and we look forward to sharing additional updates in the future.
