Build the factory. Let it run. Go kayaking.

Every year, the Warp team gets together to build, bond, and ship software in person. This time we picked Savannah as our destination. Our agenda:
- Build Warp Factories, our open infrastructure for teams to build software factories
- Let the agents cook
- Go kayaking 🛟

Reliability. Cost. Latency.
During this off-site, Warp Factories is transitioning from Early Access to general availability, and we’re working closely with early design partners to make it ready for everyone. Our mandate from Zach Lloyd is simple: make it reliable, make it fast, and make it cost-effective.

With Warp Factories, the team has largely shifted from a product company into an infrastructure company. This past year has been focused on building that sophisticated infrastructure to support everything an agent can do, including multi-agent orchestration and computer-use verification.
Now that companies are increasingly dependent on our infrastructure to power their software factory, it needs to be highly dependable and efficient too.
We made huge strides already. This past month, we drove our team’s cost per PR down 70% using Warp Factories as our agent infrastructure. We’re baking what we learned into the product so other teams can do the same.
Then, with the factory running for us, we found some time to go explore Savannah 🚣

If you want to join a team that moves fast with an eye for high-quality software, we’re hiring.
