Solving the code review bottleneck

Date and time

Tue, Nov 10, 2026 · 2:00 PM EST–3:00 PM EST

As your team scales up coding agents, the biggest bottleneck isn't the code; it's code review.

In this session, we'll build a system to separate the signal from the noise.
We’ll start with verification: building adversarial code review loops so agents can test and critique their own work before a human gets tagged for review. This includes static checks like unit tests and CI, plus end-to-end verification with computer use and screen recordings.

Then we’ll cover risk assessment: adding clear callouts to pull requests that separate low-risk changes from high-risk ones. We’ll share a PR risk template that covers blast radius and revertibility, helping you understand which changes deserve the most attention.

We'll provide tools you can bring to any agent system, and show how to automate the loop using Warp Factories.

Who it’s for: Engineers and engineering leaders running coding agents who want a repeatable way to review PRs faster while keeping merge risk low.

What you'll learn

  • Adversarial review loops: How to build a system for agents to catch issues in their own PRs before asking for human review
  • End-to-end verification: Automating unit tests, CI, and computer-use screen recordings so every PR comes with proof that it works
  • PR risk template: A template you can use on any PR to make changes easier to grok
  • Smarter review habits: How to save deep line-by-line review for high-risk changes and merge the rest with confidence
